ARIES Worldwide Logistics, Quality Management System (QMS) is inclusive of three main components: quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Our quality program does not solely focus on our products or services; it defines the control of processes and assurance methods to achieve measured quality throughout the organization.

Aries is committed to:

  • Defining and documenting quality procedures consistent with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Standards;
  • Implementing Key, Support and External Business Practices required to achieve planned results, and continuous improvement of our business processes;
  • Detailing quality control methods, activities, responsibilities and measures to ensure effective global logistics operations;
  • Utilizing the quality program we effectively train our employees to meet customers’ requirements.

Executive Management at ARIES Worldwide Logistics is dedicated to the development, improvement and implementation of an effective Quality Management System.

  • Assessing improvement opportunities to the Quality Program, including Company Objectives, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Scheduled Audits and Customer Satisfaction;
  • Communicating to the Organization the importance of meeting customer requirements as well as regulatory obligations;
  • Developing Business Goals, designing Strategies and organizing Business Resources to cultivate our business objectives;
  • Establishing the Aries Quality Policy and Procedures, and commitment to provide personal service on a global scale;
