Aries Worldwide Logistics recently conducted a survey of our customers to determine how we can continue to support their needs. Likewise, we also discovered they had some very nice things to say about us. We are excited to receive feedback from our wonderful and loyal customers as we navigate these turbulent times to better understand their challenges. We take the voice of the customer to heart and use their feedback to better serve them.
The results of the survey are as follows:
- 84% of respondents commented that they need us to continue to provide great service and remain open and ready for business.
- 8% said that they would like to receive communication regarding changes to the market conditions that will impact their ability to most freight efficiently.
- 8% responded that they would like to discuss pricing as the carrier capacity has been reduced and pricing has gone up or potential payment terms.
